Pine Grove School Cottage

Deposit amount depends on time of year and length of stay.

The rental week runs Friday to Friday. If other arrangements are needed, please give us a call.
Check-in-time is 3:00 pm EST.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Keys are to be left on the kitchen counter, or at Santa Fe Trading Co, 325 Butler.

Occupancy is limited to guests listed on our reservation form. Additional guests are subject to a $25 fee (per additional guest)

No pets or smoking inside cottage permitted.

Blankets, pillows, and linens are provided. There is an outdoor gas grill available for your use.  

Cancellations received 30 days before rental date will receive a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before your reserved date.
