Policies:
Pine Grove School Cottage

A deposit of $100 is required to hold your reservation. The deposit, and a completed Reservation Form, must be received within one week of your verbal confirmation.

The rental week normally runs Friday to Friday. If other arrangements are needed, please give us a call.
Check-in-time is 3:00 pm EST.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Keys are to be left on the kitchen counter, or at SantaFeTrading Co, 325 Butler.

Occupancy is limited to guests listed on our reservation form.Additional guests are subject to a $25 fee (per additional guest)

No pets or smoking inside cottage permitted.

Leave the cottage clean and take out any garbage.

Blankets, pillows, and linens are provided.  

Cancellations received 15 days before rental date will receive a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before your reserved date.
